KEMBLA GRANGE R2 #2  ZARZOU $2.70

Should be at peak fitness now 4th up from a spell. Not beaten far last time out when finishing behind Reaching. Reaching goes fairly well and the 3rd placed horse has subsequently won.

KEMBLA GRANGE R4 #1   BORN A WARRIOR $3.80

One for the forgiving types here. He was jumping out well before the 8th at Bendigo. Drops from a benchmark 70 back to a maiden race. Fair drop-in class.

KEMBLA GRANGE R6 #3  BETHENCOURT $3.00

Beat a handy one on debut called Secretly Awesome. Been given plenty of time and has trialled up well on a few occasions this time in so should be fit enough to win first up. Next best #9 GLACIERS.

ECHUCA R1 #3  MOUNT NICHOLSON $14.00   #14 KIANI $2.70

Mount Nicholson looked okay in a Bendigo jump-out when beating Unique Goldy and My Girl Trudy. KIANI will be hard to beat. Beat by a couple that look above average and the 3rd placed horse at Pakenham has subsequently won. Including #2 COURT ON, #10 MYSTERIOUS ART and #12 SOBRIETY in exotics.

ECHUCA R3  #11 GRANDMA GAIL $3.95

Grandma will be hard to beat here. Ran 2nd behind Tydeus on debut and that galloper went on to win again and looked very good in doing so. #15 METEORANO was jumping out okay before the debut at Casterton. Did well to make ground there after carrying on like a pork chop pre-race. If behaves better here will no doubt be competitive. #7 ORRONG ROAD has been frustrating and surprised he is still a maiden. Can fill a place for the exotics. Next best #17 New Echelon.
