PAKENHAM R1 #6 FAIRY DELL $18.20

I thought the run at Swan Hill was okay for a weak maiden. The winner Legend of Zorro goes well enough and the 2nd placed horse Wardy Boy has hit some form. Winkers go on might spark some improvement.

PAKENHAM R2 #2 BOMBER’S KISS $7.10 #17 SENSATIONAL REWARD $5.00

Bomber’s Kiss has jumped out well. Recently going around with a few horses that are better than maiden grade, including Rainbow Thief, Paradee and Seberate. Looks good each way odds. If he gets a run, I have SENSATIONAL REWARD on top. He jumped out well down the Flemington straight, matching motors with the promising Flying Award and the speedy Runson was behind them. I would expect he will go forward and take catching. Next best RAAZOU who will no doubt win a maiden soon and is included in all exotics. Last but not least make sure you include #3 Frederick the Dane in all Tri and F4, has a fitness edge. Looking forward to the race, some nice types.

ROUGHIES

PAKENHAM R3 #1  BILLY BE $29.50  #10 STENOGRAPHER $14.60

The official trial was a very long time ago, but he did win and beat a few winners. Recent jump-out did it fairly easy without being asked for much of an effort. Looks way over the odds to me and definitely worth something each way. STENOGRAPHER also looks appealing on an each way basis. Well backed on debut and obviously expected to run well. Blinkers go on and worth another chance. If #17 Magnita gets a run, just have something very very small in case it decides to turn up.

PAKENHAM R4 #6  STERN IN GRINZING   $10.20 #12 KIANI $2.05

KIANI looks very hard to beat. Finished behind Seeress at Ballarat and that galloper looks well above average. Then bumped into Jenni’s Rainbow who looked like a star when winning. STERN IN GRINZING will be better with the first preparation under the belt and has jumped out okay.

GOSFORD R1 #6 ZARZOU

Tipped him a few times now but just think he is better than maiden grade. Fitter and again and should be winning this.

GOSFORD R3 #6  HEROESS

Bumped into some nice ones on debut. Has trialled up well enough.

GOSFORD R6  #2 LET IT POUR

Contested a few group races. This looks easier and been given plenty of time to mature.
