COFFS HARBOUR R4 #3 EXPRESS DRAGON $14.00
Found the stable mate far too good last start at Taree when running 2nd. The race rated well on the clock for maiden class and he is 3rd up and reaching peak fitness after resuming this preparation with a nice trial. Looks big odds again.
KEMBLA GRANGE R3 #3 FLASH POINT $5.30
Worked home really well again when running 2nd here last start. The step up in distance will be much appreciated and she should be flying home again.
Villa looked above average before the debut. He then travelled three wide with no cover on debut and was only collared late by one that looks to go well. With a better run, looks the one to beat. MARVELLOUS MAY jumped out well enough before the debut at Warrnambool. Market expected a decent run, but she was poor when finishing 9th of 12. Deserves another chance after losing a plate in the run. #8 MUTINOUS recently looked okay at the jump-outs when winning a jump-out with a margin back to Battlecruiser. The Rich Enuff colt is included in all exotics.
WARRNAMBOOL R2 #5 BAIT ZAIN $9.60
Specked at big odds last start when running 4th behind Willygood. The time rated really well for maiden class and the winner could be pretty handy. This looks weaker.
WARRNAMBOOL R3 #5 NUBE VIAJERA $8.80
I thought he stuck on okay at Wodonga when stepping up to the 2000m for the first time. He did not finish far away from He’s Wow Class who has subsequently won. Blinkers go on and could improve.
WARRNAMBOOL R7 #1 SAHAR $4.95
I have a soft spot for the Kiwi gallopers, I think they usually measure up well here. He recently jumped out well, going past Modear and recent big maiden winner Clever Cut.
