GOULBURN R1 #5 SIFU $3.25

She went really well on debut at Canberra when running 2nd to Turfeze. Was then disappointing last start when running 6th as the fav but did get worked up pre-race and deserves another chance.

GOULBURN R3 #6 ATTESTAR  $8.20  #11  POCKET MISSILE $5.60

Attestar was much better last start when running 4th behind General Soleil. Her work through the line was solid enough to suggest a rise in distance will suit. Pocket Missile only felt the pinch late over the 1400m last start and I like the form line with No Complaints.

GOULBURN R4 #5  NO COMPLAINTS $2.65 BEST BET

I really liked the way this gelding made late ground in a trial at Warwick Farm. He was against open class gallopers, including Minted who has subsequently run well when resuming in a benchmark 78. This guy then ran well enough when first up at Goulburn, he looked gone at one stage in the home straight but got his second wind again late and was in front a short distance past the winning post. Second up he will be fitter.

WYONG R4 #9  EYE SEE THINGS $1.48

Eye See Things has looked strong in both her trials this preparation against gallopers better than maiden grade and will be winning soon. #2 GARRISON resumed in a race that was set up for the swoopers and the form has been franked with Royal Marine subsequently winning. They should run the quinella and I will be including #13 PYTHIA in some wider exotics, looks to finish off ok at the trials and has a few gear changes for this.

GEELONG R1 #12 SUNSHINES $4.35

SUNSHINES was held up in the same race as Saw that Coming and Blondeau and never really got a crack at them in the straight.  Deserves another chance.

GEELONG R2 #2 INFINITE MATRIX $8.80 NEXT BEST & VALUE

This son of Choisir has caught my eye a few times at the Caulfield jump-outs. He looks well educated and can run a big race on debut.

GEELONG R3 #10  BLONDEAU $2.10

This group placed colt was a beaten fav first up at Geelong. He should improve fitness wise from the run and we will get a guide with Sunshines going around in the first race, whether she franks the form or not.

GEELONG R4 #11 DELEGATED $9.70

Worked home well enough again last start when running 4th at Wodonga. Step up in distance should not be an issue and finds a weak maiden. The race at Wodonga rated fairly well on the clock for that class.

ROUGHIE

GEELONG R9 #9 BILLY MAV $17.20

EX New Zealand galloper who has been gelded and recently jumped out well against Knock Knock, Wonderful Riri and Lunar Fox.
