This two-year-old filly did not show much last preparation, but she looks to have improved after a decent spell. She has not been overly tested in both jump-outs this time in at Cranbourne. Her first jump-out she went to the line close-up with Out of Isolation, that gelding subsequently ran a good 2nd on debut in town. Behind them was RonnieJay. The tongue tie goes on for the first time and she looks big enough odds to have something on eachway. #11 SCORIA STAR she was not asked for much of an effort in a Mornington jump-out and was next to Hummalong after the winning post. Hummalong has some ability and has subsequently ran 2nd at Sale when resuming. I thought she made a bit of ground from the tail on debut and deserves another chance at big odds.
PAKENHAM R3 #15 TOVOLO GAP $7.20
Ran on ok from near last on the turn at her debut. The vets also found she had a slow recovery post-race. I liked the recent jump-out at Pakenham, she looks to have returned in good order. She was ridden late but kept up with the well performed That Girl, that filly finished 2nd at her most recent start in benchmark 78 grade.
PAKENHAM R4 #2 HUNKA HUNKA HARRY $8.50
I thought he was a good chance to win the maiden last start at Warracknabeal. He did run well but just found the speedy Miss Amelia too quick on the day. He will strip fitter for the run, and he looks to go pretty well on the synthetic at the jump-outs.
DUBBO R1 #8 ENTREAT $4.15
Deserves another chance. Ran well on debut in a race that rated well on the clock. Over raced last start and dropped out when going up in distance. Back to the 1000m here the jockey might let her run and she should be competitive. Next best #5 ANEESA ex Victorian who should be in the finish.
