When it comes to his international form, I have no idea, but he has looked pretty good in the trials here. The first trial at Rosehill he made good ground late to catch Nuclear Summit after the winning post. Nuclear Summit has won a class 1. He then followed up that trial with two more good performances, making ground late without being asked for much of an effort. He will no doubt be better once he steps up in distance, but this looks a winnable target first up.

This filly finished behind a couple of smart ones in her first preparation. On debut she finished 5th behind Saas Fee, she subsequently ran 3rd in a group 3. The second start she ran 6th behind Electric Girl, that filly has now notched up four wins to her name. The 21-week spell looks to have done her well, I loved the way she ran through the line at the first trial back. She joined in with Stoked and Pieloce after the winning post, they both have already won races. Keep following her as she steps up in distance this preparation. The danger is #11 WHITEHAVEN, I thought she trialled ok before the disappointing debut. The blinkers go on so worth another chance.

The trial back in July last year caught my eye. He looked to be under a good hold from the jockey in the straight when he finished behind the well performed Tarbert. There was a handful of other winners there too. On debut he did a bit wrong, was slowly away from the barriers and over raced before making some ground late. The second start was a much better run and he has been given plenty of time to mature.

This son of Toronado could not have been more impressive when winning in fast time on debut. He had been jumping out well at Cranbourne going into that run, so it was no surprise to see him win. The extra distance will suit, and I look forward to following his career once he goes to Hong Kong.

She could not have done much more than she did first up at Cranbourne. She came from last and made good ground in the straight to finish 5th, only beaten 1.8L. She will strip fitter for the run and gets the extra distance in her favour. Looks good value to me.
